Village of Milo Land Use Bylaw

A Land Use Bylaw (LUB) is a planning document which outlines development and subdivision guidelines for a community and is the principal document which directs land development and decision making. Council of the Village of Milo has determined the existing Land Use Bylaw is dated and wishes to adopt a new Land Use Bylaw for the purposes of updating and establishing standards and procedures regarding the use and development of land within the municipality; incorporating new development standards for uses within the Village; amending the existing Land Use District Map to reflect land use designations; and complying with the provisions of the Municipal Government Act, Revised Statutes of Alberta 2000, Chapter M-26, as amended.
