Municipal Plans and Bylaws


The Oldman River Regional Services Commission (ORRSC) currently provides professional planning services to 39 municipalities – 31 urban and 8 rural – in southwestern Alberta, Canada. The ORRSC planning region covers an area of some 3,496,560 hectares (8,639,881 Acres) or 34,962 square kilometers (13,500 square miles). The ORRSC’s office is centrally located within the region, as the administration building is situated on the north side of the City of Lethbridge.

The combined population of our member municipalities is presently over 81,000 people. The following is a list of the municipalities which are currently members of the ORRSC organization.
