Making an Application
Any person considering an application for subdivision approval should first discuss the proposal with an ORRSC planner in order to clarify the applicable legislation and the approval process.
A complete application will include:
- a completed Subdivision Application Form (pdf)
- a complete diagram of the proposal including all dimensions
- the applicable fees
- a surveyor’s sketch will be required if there are any structures/improvements existing on the site and the application is within:
- any urban area, i.e. towns, villages, hamlets or
- County of Lethbridge, Crowsnest Pass or Vulcan County
- a recent certificate of title (within the last 30 days)
