Making an Application

A complete application will include:

  1. a completed Subdivision Application Form
  2. a complete diagram of the proposal including all dimensions
  3. the applicable fees
  4. a surveyor’s sketch will be required if there are any structures/improvements existing on the site and the application is within:
    • any urban area, i.e. towns, villages, hamlets or
    • County of Lethbridge, Crowsnest Pass or Vulcan County
  5. a recent certificate of title (within the last 30 days)

  • Any person considering an application for subdivision approval should first discuss the proposal with an ORRSC planner in order to clarify the applicable legislation and the approval process.
