Carlin Groves
CAD/GIS Technologist
Born, raised, and educated in the Lethbridge area, Carlin finds great pride in calling southern Alberta home. He holds a diploma in Geomatics Engineering Technologies from the Lethbridge College as well as a Bachelor's degree in Geography concentrating in GIS from the University of Lethbridge. He has been with ORRSC since June 2019 assisting with GIS updates and map creation.
Mladen Kristic, C.E.T.
CAD/GIS Technologist
Mladen graduated from Lethbridge College with a diploma in Geomatics Engineering Technology – a discipline which integrates gathering, modeling, analysis, management and presentation of spatially referenced data. He has been with ORRSC since May, 2006.
Kaylee Sailer
CAD/GIS Technologist
Kaylee has been with ORRSC since February 2013. She has a diploma in Geomatics Engineering Technology from Lethbridge College.
Jaime Thomas, GISP
GIS Analyst
Jaime holds a degree in Geography with a concentration in GIS from the University of Lethbridge and has been employed by ORRSC since 2005 as a GIS Analyst. Jaime is responsible for the creation and maintenance of the web-delivered Urban GIS Project, the development of custom mapping applications for clients, and the management of GPS field collection projects and GNSS setup. His work also includes client relations and database management. Jaime is also a co-founder and board member of the Alberta Municipal Data Sharing Partnership (AMDSP) since its inception in 2007.
Jordan Thomas
GIS Analyst
Jordan started with ORRSC in 2007. He graduated from the University of Lethbridge with a Geography degree and a concentration in GIS. Jordan is involved in the Urban GIS Project through the updating and maintenance of spatial data. He also spends time in the field collecting GPS data for various ORRSC projects.
